Time-aligned multi-language dubbing from transcription segments. Async/delayed pattern.

Send transcription segments + targetlanguage + provider + gender. The gateway returns 202 + jobid; the worker handles upstream POST + status polling. Two providers: elevenlabs and minimax. Result_data contains the dubbed audio URL when complete.

• GET core-dubbing-languages: provider-by-provider language and gender catalog (free)
• POST core-dubbing: 202 + gateway job_id (async)
• GET /v2/jobs/{job_id}: standard polling for the gateway job
• core-dubbing-status: advanced/debug for the upstream's own job (not for typical clients)
