2. Data processed via the APIs

When you call cn8.io APIs, we process the media and text you send ("API data") in order to provide results such as summaries, tags, transcripts, avatars or audio. Depending on the service id, this may involve routing data to third-party AI providers or infrastructure.

We do not use your API data to train shared models unless this is explicitly disclosed by a given provider and you have opted in according to their terms.

3. How we use information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, maintain and improve the Service.
• Monitor usage, performance, error rates and capacity to keep the platform reliable.
• Enforce usage limits, prevent abuse and protect the security of our systems and other customers.
• Communicate with you about product updates, billing and support.

4. Sharing & third-party providers

We may share limited information with infrastructure and AI providers that power specific cn8 services (for example, cloud hosting, storage, or model vendors). These providers are authorised to process data only as necessary to deliver the relevant feature.

5. Data retention

We retain account and billing information for as long as your account is active and as required for legal or accounting obligations. Logs and API metadata may be retained for a limited period to help with debugging, analytics and abuse prevention.

You may request deletion of your account by contacting us. Some data (for example, invoices) may need to be kept for compliance reasons.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls for internal tools. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure; you are also responsible for keeping API keys and credentials confidential.

7. Your choices

You can update basic account details from the cn8 dashboard. If you wish to access, correct or delete other information, please contact us and we will consider your request subject to applicable law.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
