1. Who may use cn8.io

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organisation (if you are using cn8.io on behalf of a company) to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and API keys.

2. Your account & API keys

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and cn8 API keys. Do not share keys publicly or embed them in client-side code. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account or keys.

We may rate-limit, suspend or revoke keys that appear compromised, abused, or that materially impact the stability of the platform.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use cn8.io to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Build products that intentionally generate spam, abuse, or harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, probe or overload the underlying providers that cn8.io connects to.
• Circumvent usage limits, credit accounting or billing mechanisms.

4. Content & data

You retain ownership of input and output data processed through the Service between you and your end users, subject to any applicable terms you have with underlying model or infrastructure providers.

You are solely responsible for the legality of the data you send to cn8.io, including obtaining any necessary consents from individuals whose personal data may appear in media or text you process via our APIs.

5. Availability, changes & beta features

We aim to keep the Service available and stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Features, service ids, pricing and limits may change over time. We may label some features as "beta"; these may be subject to additional limitations and can be changed or discontinued at any time.

6. Fees & credits

Some parts of the Service are offered on a free tier subject to quotas and fair use. Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed in your cn8.io account or on our website. You are responsible for all usage associated with your account and keys.

If we are unable to charge your payment method, we may pause or throttle your access until the issue is resolved.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, cn8.io and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using cn8.io at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we reasonably believe your use creates risk for cn8.io or other customers.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
